Pyne Construction was established in 1981 by Ted Pyne. In its early years, the company concentrated on providing construction management services to the bio-tech, real estate development and commercial renovation markets in the greater Boston area. As the company grew and prospered, markets shifted, and opportunities presented themselves to provide expanded services. Over a period of time we developed the “Team Builders” approach to construction projects and evolved into a full service building contractor offering Construction Management, Fixed Price GMP, and Lump Sum contracts to our clients.

Today Pyne Construction is the first choice construction resource for a number of architects, engineers, commercial, institutional, financial, religious, educational and nonprofit clients throughout the Greater Boston area.
